Support for Expectant and New Mothers

Presumptive Eligibility site for:

• Medicaid: insurance for low income pregnant women.

• CHP+: Colorado insurance program for pregnant women who do not qualify for Medicaid.

• Emergency Medicaid: prenatal care /hospital delivery services for pregnant women who do not qualify for Medicaid and meet income requirements.

We will help you apply for Emergency Medicaid which covers labor and delivery of your baby. We will complete the paperwork with you, and refer you to affordable and bilingual prenatal care.

• Comprehensive Prenatal Risk Assessment and referral to resources for prenatal care.

• Lactation Management Consultant: FREE office/home visits for breastfeeding education, support and problem solving.
