Lunch & Learn for Seniors 60+:
Grand County Public Health is partnering with the Grand County Library District and Mountain Family Center to bring Seniors together for FREE Lunch and Learn for Seniors (60+) at libraries throughout Grand County. Transportation may be available - please contact your library for details or inquire about a ride.
*Registration is required and closes 5 days before the session. Please go to www.gcld.org and click on Programs or speak with a librarian to register.
So - step out of the house and into the library for our Lunch and Learn. Lunch will be provided followed by a 15-30 minutes presentation. This is an excellent opportunity to meet fellow Grand County seniors and discover something new!
MOM'S Home-Delivered Meals:
GCPH has been using MOM'S Meals to help meet the nutritional needs of home-bound seniors since 2018. MOM'S Meals delivers medically tailored, ready-to-heat refrigerated meals. The meals are crafted by chefs and registered dietitians to both taste great while nutritionally supporting common chronic conditions. The County pays for four meals per week (up to 16 per month) for lower-income individuals age 60 and over. Individuals can also purchase additional meals.
