LAND SURVEY PLAT
A Land Survey Plat is a specific document depicting a retracement survey of an existing tract of land, or of a new tract of land containing 35 acres or greater. If the retracement survey, or newly created tract meet certain conditions regarding setting or finding a property corner monument, then the resulting Land Survey Plat shall be deposited into the County Surveyor index per statute.
The County Surveyor will accept and index any survey plat presented for deposit, whether or not such plat is required by statute.
