Grand County Community Development Staff is presenting discussion in regard to text amendments for the existing Outright Exemption Regulations for review by the Planning Commission on July 10, 2019 which will be held in the Board of County Commissioners Board Room, Grand County Administration Building 2ND Floor, 308 Byers Avenue, Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado.
The request will review amending language for clarity and consistency in the current regulations and discuss the following topics in efforts to gain certainty for future amendments:
- Administrative and Public Review procedures
- Lot combinations
- Boundary line adjustments
- Divisions for public purpose
- Minor divisions of land
The Grand County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on this proposal on a date to be determined following statutory requirements of notice. During both meetings public comment will be taken.
