CHARGES DROPPED & ADDITIONAL SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED IN GRAND LAKE BAR FIGHT CASE
GRAND COUNTY, CO – On March 12, 2021 at approximately 12:19 a.m. Grand County Sheriff’s Office Deputies, Granby Police Department and Fraser Winter Park Police Department responded to a report of large bar fight involving 10 – 15 people outside of The Lariat Bar located at 1121 Grand Avenue within the Town of Grand Lake.
On the night of the incident, after the on-scene investigation and interviews were conducted, Kalia Robledo was charged and arrested for Disorderly Conduct – Fighting in Public and 2nd Degree Assault. Katrina Calvin Braley and Nathalie Brady were issued summonses for Disorderly Conduct – Fighting in Public.
In the weeks following, Detectives continued the investigation by conducting follow-up interviews with witnesses and reviewing the bar video footage from the night of the incident. Further investigation led to a change in direction with this case. The video showed evidence that exonerated Kalia Robledo as well as shed light on possible additional suspects that had not been previously identified.
On April 12, 2021, based on the new information obtained in the follow up investigation, the 14th Judicial District Attorney’s Office dismissed the misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges against Katrina Calvin Braley and Nathalie Brady. Additionally, the felony charges were dismissed against Kalia Robledo.
