| (OLRTAC) Open Lands Rivers and Trails Advisory Committee | The Grand County OLRTAC is a volunteer Advisory Committee appointed by the Grand County Board of Commissioners.
OLRTAC operates through funds generated by the Sales Tax of 0.3% “FOR THE PURPOSE OF KEEPING WATER IN THE COLORADO AND OTHER RIVERS; CONSERVING AGRICULTURAL LANDS, NATURAL AREAS, SCENIC OPEN LANDS, WILDLIFE HABITAT, WETLANDS AND RIVER ACCESS; AND MAINTAINING HIKING AND BIKING TRAILS; PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF A SPECIAL REVENUE FUND ENTITLED THE " OPEN LANDS, RIVERS AND TRAILS FUND" FOR THE DEPOSIT OF SUCH SALES TAX REVENUE THEREIN. |

local government agencies, and nonprofit organizations, who are establishing a new paradigm for managing
aquatic resources in Grand County. LBD meets regularly to monitor river health and undertake projects to
enhance and restore Grand County streams. Instead of seeking a culprit, we’re working together to solve water
resource management problems. LBD, Inc. is a non-profit corporation licensed in the State of Colorado. |
